We are committed to making your rental experience as smooth and convenient as possible. Having all of these items on hand prior to calling will allow us to process your rental, and streamline the process.
Cancellation Policy
Don’t go!
We get it—plans can shift faster than a rental on cruise control. If you need to cancel, we won’t take it personally… at least not until we’re alone in the office.
- Daily Rentals: Give us a heads-up at least 48 business hours before your booking and we’ll just charge a modest $30 cancellation fee—no hard feelings. Cancel later than that, and unfortunately, you’ll be responsible for the full rental cost you reserved.
- Weekly Rentals: Give us at least 5 business days’ notice before your scheduled pickup and we’ll keep it easy with a $50 cancellation fee. Cancel inside that window, and we’ll have to charge you the full cost of the rental you reserved.
Late notice cancellations mean the car sits sad and lonely in the lot—and that makes us sad too.

Direct Bill Insurance
Direct Bill Insurance
For your convenience, we can directly bill your insurance company for your rental vehicle.
*Michigan State Law requires you to have Minimum Liability Coverage to be behind the wheel of a vehicle in the state of MI.
*You can use your own Collision Coverage, so long as it covers the rental in the event of an accident, or you can purchase coverage from the rental company.
