Why did the deer cross the road? To get hit by a Chevy Silverado, I guess! When an unfortunate event sent the Chevy to the shop, CrossRoads Auto Rental was the only place in town that had a vehicle available bigger than a go-kart! Speedy service! Professional Staff! I was in alpena on vacation. Truck needed to go into the shop for repair. Went to the popular name car rental place in town. 25 cars in the lot and apparently they had none to rent to me. Called up Suzie, she came and picked me up from the big chain rental place. I had a car within the half hour. Very happy with her professionalism promptness and the accommodation for picking me up. Will definitely call her first if I need another in town rental. Thank you

So glad we found Crossroads!! We’rve been visiting my Mom in Rogers City and need a way to get around. Susie has taken good care of us and we got a good deal on the minivan we needed. The vehicle was in great shape, full tank of gas, nice and clean!! the heated seats were a super nice touch for the cold winter days.😃😃I would highly recommend crossroads over the national car rental brands every time.
